3.2 For Candidates

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Notify us of any changes to availability or circumstances
• Attend interviews and meetings as scheduled
• Comply with client requirements and professional standards

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on the services provided and are clearly outlined in our service agreements. Payment terms include:

• Fees are due as specified in the service agreement
• Late payment may result in additional charges
• Refunds are provided according to our guarantee policy
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client and candidate information. Both parties agree to:

• Keep all shared information confidential

6. Placement Guarantee

We offer placement guarantees as specified in our service packages:

• Free replacement or partial refund for unsuccessful placements

7. Limitation of Liability
